WellnessTalks is an ongoing project started by Todd Schmenk, a mental health counselor specializing in the treatment of anxiety-related issues at AQAL Therapies Inc. in Providence, RI.
The focus of all these resources include general anxiety, panic attacks, chronic health conditions, couples counseling, and performance anxiety. These courses are educational and should not be considered as therapy.
Many of the courses offered here were originally designed as support material for AQAL Therapy clients but have now been opened for the general public. It has been, and will continue to be, expanded upon when Todd, one of the contributors, or one of it's viewers (like you!), makes suggestions on other helpful videos. Once reviewed, if they align with the vision presented here, they will be added.
